I have been here since mid November and have found this place to be a very nice place to live The location is very convenient, Vinnie our manager along with his staff are on the ball pleasant to deal with compassionate and fair. The rooms are great and the others that live here have become like family We have many families with children and the environment is conducive to providing a safe environment for our young people. I would highly recommend this property!

Venny and Staff one of the most amazing hotel. When not having a place to stay because of the hurricane. Our apartment The Standard was flooded to almost 4 ft on the first floor lost everything. The Valencia staff welcome us here like we were family and now it makes me feel like this is are home. From the bottom of my heart I personally have to say that Vinny and the stuff... Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and we greatly appreciate The Valencia.
I've stayed her for the last 6 months with my family. Vinny, the manager, and his boys are constantly working tirelessly to improve the place. The price is fair considering the location, and local comps. Also, if you consider the electric, water, and internet it is definitely fair and hopefully allows for you to put some money away. There are other families on the property and Vinny does a great job to keep the place safe. I personally haven't seen anything that I would consider a safety compromise. Obviously, you need to keep your eyes on your kids. There is a nice pool and has recently been repaired and the water is clean. There is a full size refrigerator and microwave. Cabinets for dishes and canned goods. There is an area to hang your work clothes and a new smart tv to watch your shows. There is a Walmart across the street and a Wendy's. Lastly, The location is excellent for public transportation. If you are in a position to need temporary housing and you have kids, don't stress, this is a safe option. If you are a single person it's 1000% a viable option.
I have only been here a month and I have to say that this is a decent place to live if you are trying to get on your feet. You cannot beat the price with all utilities included. It is very quiet and Vinny likes to keep it that way. Everyone seems friendly and will say hi to you, for the most part people stay to themselves and Vinny the manager has been very helpful and accommodating and I cannot thank him enough.
